Abby Leach joined intellicents in February 2023 as a Consultant out of our Albert Lea, MN office. She is a practicing attorney with a strong background in estate planning and real estate. Abby’s main duties consist of helping clients ensure that their financial goals are not only met now, but after they pass. She loves helping clients understand what options they have currently with making gifts to family and friends, but also how to come up with a viable plan after they pass. Abby is still currently practicing law and has owned her own practice since 2017.
Prior to joining intellicents and going through law school, Abby worked for Pioneer Seed as a Protein research associate, so she has a love for agriculture!

my idea of
living the dream
For me, I am living the dream. I have the best of both worlds career wise- being able to ensure all things are in place for my clients including legal documents, but also ensuring they are financially comfortable. I am born and raised in Albert Lea and have the luxury of living next to the sod farm my father has worked on for over 60+ years (he's not that old! His dad owned it prior to him). I am able to enjoy the hard work from my family, but also am able to have my son grow up on the same property! I will say, the property would be so much better if we changed it into a golf course, but we can't win them all!

I feel like I'm in my dream job! I get to use all my skillsets in one location. I enjoy making people feel comfortable with where they at are financially but also ensuring they know if something were to happen to them, their family is not going to have a mess. Giving people peace of mind is amazing.
this is how i
make it real
I am an avid golfer (I think we need to have an intellicents golf tournament so we can crown the best golfer!) and runner. I have run 6 full marathons and about 30 half marathons. My husband and I find ourselves traveling to golf or if he's lucky enough watch me run for 5 hours. We are also avid house flippers with 4 under our belt looking for number 5!
