Alisa Rolands joined intellicents in February 2021 as a Personal Financial Management Support Representative. Shortly after, she transitioned into assisting our Compliance and Finance departments and was promoted to her current role as Operations Specialist. Some of Alisa’s daily responsibilities are to research, manage access and implement various technologies, maintain critical databases, process management fees, all while working closely with the Compliance, Finance, and Leadership teams.
Prior to joining intellicents, Alisa’s background consisted of more than twenty years in various customer service roles. Some of the industries she gained her experience from include office management, finance, commodity risk management, general administrative support, and Cosmetology.
education & certifications
Alisa graduated from Kaplan University with an Associate Degree in Accounting in June 2012. Later that year, she retired as a Cosmetologist after nearly a decade of service.

My thought on “living the dream” with financial freedom is being able to focus on your present and future goals while maintaining a healthy work life balance simultaneously. Waking up each day with a sense of gratitude and purpose is what keeps me accountable, present and on task with achieving those goals so I can live my best life.

Outside of the office, I actively live the “dog mom” life with my boyfriend Egan and our three big furbabies. With or without them, I can be found exploring God’s country fishing or hunting, challenging myself with a new recipe, catching a Minnesota sports event, trying new restaurants, traveling, spending time with friends or family, just to name a few!
