Ava Reicherter joined intellicents in December 2024 as an administrative assistant and transitioned to a client service specialist in May 2025. She primarily supports our Wealth Management Financial Advisors in the Overland Park, Kansas office. She keeps operations running smoothly by managing schedules, preparing reports and meeting documents, handling calls, and supporting special projects as needed.
Before joining intellicents, Ava worked at Nesco Resource, where she advanced from Talent Sourcing Specialist to Commercial Recruiter and eventually Market Manager. In these roles, she gained extensive experience in onboarding, training, hiring, leading a team of recruiters, managing office operations, addressing payroll discrepancies, and maintaining strong client relationships. Ava brings to intellicents a strong skill set in organization, multitasking, and communication, along with a proven ability to build and support teams — helping to provide reliable administrative support every day.
