Ben Easters joined intellicents in January as a Financial Consultant in our Overland Park, KS office. He works closely with the Family Office and Wealth Management teams. Drawing from his background as a collegiate athlete and leader, Ben brings a strong work ethic, resilience, and problem-solving mindset to his role—skills that are essential in navigating the complexities of wealth management and financial planning.
Ben is a recent graduate of the University of Kansas and is currently preparing for his Series 65 examination while pursuing his MBA, which he anticipates completing in the summer of 2025. His experience as a three-time team captain and leader within KU Athletics has equipped him with the discipline and adaptability needed to excel in the financial industry. He is committed to applying these qualities to help clients achieve their financial goals in an ever-changing marketplace.

my idea of living the dream
To me, living the dream means building a life of comfort and happiness with my future wife and children while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Too often, people feel forced to choose between career success and family, sacrificing one for the other. My goal is to help individuals achieve financial security, so they never have to make that choice. And in doing so, I can create the same balance for myself.

My dream job is to help the incredible people I work with achieve true financial freedom—where work becomes a choice, not a necessity. To create strategies and frameworks that empower them to build a secure future, so if they ever wanted to stop working, they’d have the financial confidence to do so. Being able to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives every day and helping them achieve that level of security would be the ultimate fulfillment of my dream job.
this is how i make it real
Outside the office, I’m always busy in one way or another. From April to October, there’s a good chance you’ll find me on the golf course, whether it’s after work or on a Saturday morning. I’m also a big movie fan—I love seeing movies in the theater. But no matter what I’m doing, it’s always better when I get to share it with my lovely girlfriend, Kasey.
