Bill Wagemaker brings a solid foundation in accounting and a relationship-focused approach to his role at intellicents, where he supports the Family Office team through accounting, payroll services, and financial analysis. His responsibilities include overseeing construction draws and progress billing for organizations that work with intellicents—helping to support accuracy, transparency, and financial alignment throughout each stage of the process.
Before joining intellicents, Bill spent five years gaining experience in accounts receivable and payable oversight, cash management, month-end close, general ledger reconciliation, and special projects involving tax, payroll, and compliance at federal, state, and local levels. His professional background spans the insurance and construction industries, providing practical insight into complex operational environments and evolving client needs.
He also has hands-on experience with M&A analysis and multi-entity accounting, particularly in the construction sector. This experience allows him to approach client work with a strong technical foundation and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset. He is especially motivated by opportunities to provide proactive financial analysis, strengthen internal systems, and cultivate meaningful relationships that contribute to long-term financial organization and strategy.
