bio

Charlene Sukhram joined intellicents in February 2025 as a Client Service Specialist based in our Stockton, CA office. With over five years of experience in the 401(k) recordkeeping industry, Charlene brings a strong background in plan operations and participant service. She began her career as a contributions processor and rose to become Director of Recordkeeping at a private firm—leading support teams, managing plan transactions, and overseeing account reconciliation functions.


At intellicents, Charlene plays a key role in supporting the client experience by helping to maintain client accounts, assisting with meeting preparation and scheduling, and handling account setup and ongoing maintenance. While she does not provide investment advice, Charlene’s operational expertise and client-first mindset help ensure seamless service delivery.


Before entering the retirement services space, Charlene gained valuable leadership experience in retail management. Today, she combines her people-first approach with operational know-how to support our advisory teams and deliver high-quality administrative support to our clients.

I wake up each day excited for what’s ahead—both at work and at home. When I’m not helping my team support clients, I’m focused on spending quality time with my fiancé and our three amazing kids. Whether it’s a quiet evening together or a weekend adventure, those moments mean everything.

Spending as much time as possible with my family. When I’m not with them, you’ll probably find me binge-watching reality TV or true crime shows—or checking out a new restaurant (because going out to eat is always a good idea).
