Connie McCleary-Geiger serves as a Financial Consultant out of our Pella, Iowa, office. She brings over 20 years of experience in the retirement plan industry to her role at intellicents. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with plan sponsors, third-party administrators, and participants, cultivating a deep knowledge of retirement plans and a passion for helping employees secure their financial futures. Connie’s extensive expertise and commitment to empowering employees to save for retirement make her an invaluable resource for intellicents' clients.
education & certifications
Connie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Minor in Business, as well as a Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa.
She holds the following certifications: QKA, QPA, and QKC from ASPPA, and previously passed the Series 65 license exam.

To be able to do what I want when I want, to be able to travel, to see and do new things, and not worry about how I'm going to pay for it.
this is my dream job
I believe if you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough. I enjoy taking on the complicated concepts in our world of retirement services and explaining them in such a way that anyone can understand. I apply that concept to retirement plans so that every employee understands how to save for retirement and takes advantage of their plan.
this is how i make it real
When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our dogs. I also love to travel (with a goal to visit every state in the U.S.), lift weights, and read.
