Diana Rice joined intellicents in 2025 as a Financial Consultant serving the Southlake, Texas office. In her role, Diana works closely with plan sponsors and participants to help them make the most of their retirement plans and support employees in navigating their financial futures with confidence.
With more than a decade of experience working alongside third-party administrators and plan sponsors, Diana brings deep expertise in retirement plan structures and participant education. She is known for translating complex financial concepts into clear, actionable guidance—meeting people where they are and helping them make informed decisions about saving for retirement.
As a bilingual professional fluent in Spanish, Diana is especially passionate about expanding access to financial education. She is committed to bridging communication gaps in financial services and strives to ensure participants receive the support and resources they need in the language they’re most comfortable using.

Diana holds a bachelor’s degree in finance with a concentration in financial planning and is currently in her second year of an MBA program at the SMU Cox School of Business. She is also a Series 65 candidate.

this is how i make it real
I recharge by exploring new places and restaurants with my husband, Justin, and friends. We love road trips, and anytime we can be near the water, that’s where I’m happiest.
