Erica Barrier joined intellicents as a Client Service Specialist, supporting Wealth Management Advisors and helping ensure clients receive consistent, thoughtful service. She works closely with advisors to make sure they have what they need to serve clients well while also assisting with client interactions and day-to-day operations behind the scenes.


Erica brings 12 years of experience in the employee benefits space, where she focused on relationship development, client service, and ensuring both employees and key contacts had the support and information they needed. Her background gives her a strong understanding of client needs and the importance of responsiveness and follow-through.


Known for her relationship-building skills and ability to thrive in dynamic environments, Erica is committed to helping clients feel supported and confident as they move forward.
