Hazel Finch joined intellicents in 2024 as our Compliance and Client Services specialist and is based out of our Overland Park, KS office. She supports our Chief Compliance Officer on internal processes and compliance efforts, as well as collaborates with the retirement and wealth management teams to meet client needs. As a Compliance and Client Services Specialist at intellicents, Hazel enjoys the diverse responsibilities that come with the role.
Before joining intelicents, Hazel served as the VP of Operations at a Private Equity advisory firm in San Francisco where her responsibilities included client management, office operations, and supporting senior leadership. With a strong background in client services and finance, she aims to contribute to the intellicents team by fostering strong client relationships and delivering exceptional experiences.

Hazel graduated from San Francisco State University with and a Certificate in Business Ethics and Compliance. She attended Kansas State University for her undergrad and obtained a B.S. in Life Science/Pre-Veterinary Medicine and aa B.A. in English Literature.

My idea of living the dream is having the financial freedom and stability for choices in life; whether that's to take care of my family and friends, travel, or tend to my physical and mental health, all while feeling financially independent and secure. make it real
Before my career in finance and business, I was a yoga teacher for over ten years. I try to keep it real when I am not in the office by practicing yoga (literally and figuratively), finding those connections (the word yoga means to ‘yoke’ something together, or to connect) with the people I am lucky enough to call my friends and in life experiences like working out, running, cooking classes, being in nature, or volunteering. I also love and cherish spending as much time as possible with my parents, sister, niece, and nephew who live in Kansas City as well! Oh, and raising my newly adopted pup, Walter, a 7 lb. busybody!
