Isaac joined intellicent’s Lawrence, Kansas, office as a Client Service Specialist in 2025. There he facilitates new client onboarding, ensures all documentation aligns with RIA regulations, and manages account information. He also handles account maintenance on various platforms, providing friendly and knowledgeable support along the way.
Before joining intellicents, Isaac worked at Edward Jones, guiding clients through their online platforms, and at Central Bank of the Midwest, where he spent nearly three years assisting clients with banking services and financial planning needs. With a strong background in banking and client service, Isaac brings passion, reliability, and a commitment to helping clients succeed.

Isaac holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance from the University of Missouri–Kansas City (UMKC).
