bio

Jessie Aujla is a consultant at intellicents, where she supports retirement plan clients with dependable, high-touch service and thoughtful follow-through. She serves as a consistent point of contact for HR teams and organizational leaders, helping prepare for and support retirement committee needs, coordinate employee education and enrollment meetings, and provide one-on-one investment guidance to plan participants.

In addition to her client-facing work, Jessie supports the behind-the-scenes efforts that keep plans running smoothly, including research, reporting, meeting preparation, and presentations. Depending on client needs, she also assists with onboarding and new client proposals, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

Jessie brings a strong background in retirement services and participant support. Prior to joining intellicents, she worked at CalSTRS on the Pension2 team, where she supported 403(b) and 457 plans. That role required accuracy, clear communication, and strong attention to detail, particularly when helping individuals navigate complex financial information. She carries that same professionalism, organization, and client-first mindset into her work today.

She is known for her ability to break down complex investment concepts into clear, actionable guidance. Jessie is comfortable presenting to groups, meeting one-on-one with participants, and collaborating closely with teams, all while staying organized and adaptable as priorities shift.

my idea of living the dream

To me, living the dream means having real financial freedom. It’s not feeling stressed about money and having choices. It’s being debt-free, investing consistently, and building a life that feels peaceful and stable. My dream is to create a home sanctuary, travel more, and live in a way that feels aligned, while also helping others build that same sense of security for themselves.

this is my dream job

My dream job is exactly what I’m working toward: being someone people trust with their financial future. I love building relationships, educating people, and helping them make smart decisions, especially when it comes to retirement planning. I’m most fulfilled when I’m helping people feel confident, supported, and informed about their financial goals.

this is how i make it real

Outside of the office, I recharge by cooking and reading, which are my favorite ways to unwind. I also enjoy staying active through fitness and spending quality time with my husband and our dogs.
