Jim Odegard joined intellicents in 2022 and works as an employee benefit consultant. Jim has worked for nearly thirty years assisting companies in the development and management of their employee benefit programs. He has knowledge in both small and large group plans, as well as in compliance requirements ranging from the ACA to COBRA, HIPAA, and ERISA.
Prior to joining intellicents Jim had his own benefits firm, Odegard Benefit Specialists, and served in the U.S. Army before attending college.
