Joel Twedt is a Financial Consultant in our Wealth Management division who joined intellicents in April 2018. Joel brings almost 40 years of industry experience primarily focused on retirement, estate, and succession planning. Prior to joining intellicents, Joel founded Twedt Financial Services, Inc. in 1980 which grew to have over $110 million in assets under management. In September 1984, Joel received his LUTCF designation from the National Association of Life Underwriters, and in October 1993 he received his Chartered Financial Consultant designation from The American College, Bryn Maw, Pennsylvania. He is a member of the American Society of Financial Professionals, and also a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.

Joel graduated from Iowa State University where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree with a Double Major in Economics and Industrial Administration and holds the following designations and previously passed securities exams:
