Lynn Kermes is an Executive Benefit Consultant who joined the firm in May of 2006. Lynn has had direct client responsibility concentrating in the design, communication, and funding of defined contribution plans, group benefit plans and flexible benefit plans. He is an Investment Advisor Representative with intellicents investment services, inc. He provides direct consulting services to plan sponsors for retirement and group benefits including Life, Health, LTD, etc.

Since the starting quarterback for the Vikings seems to be a long shot. I want to challenge myself everyday and use my abilities to help others. I am energized everyday by understanding the challenges employers and employees confront daily. Each difficult situation or question presents a new opportunity to creatively resolve an issue. Knowing that everyday I help simplify a complex question or problem is very rewarding.

Spending time with family and friends. It may be golfing, boating, coaching or just chatting. I am blessed with a wonderful family and friends. Cheering from the sidelines or reminiscing and sharing a laugh, each moment reminds me how lucky I am.
