Mandie Scott joined our team in 2006 with a background in 401(k) administration. She is a key member of our Leadership team, where her main focus is to build and execute infrastructure and streamline service deliverables across all intellicents locations. As a Consultant, she works directly with both companies and their employees to provide retirement consulting services. These duties include plan design, investment management to plan sponsors as well as giving education and investment advice to plan participants. The National Association of Plan Advisors recently added Mandie to its list of "Top Women Advisors" for 2020 in the “Captains” category, and prior to that she received recognition in 2016 and 2017 in the “All-Stars” category. She has also served on the NAPA Steering committee for both 2021 and 2022.

My favorite part of my job is interacting with individual employees. While I enjoy working with Plan Sponsors and appreciate relationships that are developed there, nothing beats an “aha moment” when an employee realizes the impact of a seemingly small decision today on their future retirement. In my dream job, I get to help others attain their retirement dreams.

My husband, Jamie, and I spend our time supporting our kids, Mia and Max, at dance competitions, out at the baseball fields or at their school volunteering. When not doing that, we try to get in as much family time as possible. Road trips, Royals games, Mexican restaurants and hanging out with our rescue dogs, Mizzie and Lola Bean, are some of our favorite things to do.
