My favorite part of my job is interacting with individual employees. While I enjoy working with Plan Sponsors and appreciate relationships that are developed there, nothing beats an “aha moment” when an employee realizes the impact of a seemingly small decision today on their future retirement. My husband, Jamie, and I spend our time supporting our kids, Mia and Max, at dance competitions, out at the baseball fields or at their school volunteering. When not doing that, we try to get in as much family time as possible. Road trips, Royals games, Mexican restaurants and hanging out with our rescue dogs, Mizzie and Lola Bean, are some of our favorite things to do.
