Molly Magnuson joined intellicents in 2021 with a background in consulting and advising 401(k) and 403(b) plan sponsors, as well delivering education services to retirement plan participants. Molly’s focus is working with organizations sponsoring retirement plans to help them manage the personal liability associated with being a fiduciary to a qualified plan. In addition, Molly works closely with retirement plan participants to help them relieve financial stresses today to prepare for a successful retirement. Molly’s decade of experience in the Defined Contribution Plan industry includes roles at Empower Retirement and CBIZ Retirement & Investment Solutions.

I come from a family of teachers, so it is in my DNA to educate others – and I am fortunate enough to have found a passion educating my plan sponsor clients on how to successfully run their retirement program. That passion extends to my clients’ retirement plan participants, who I get the opportunity to educate on how to achieve a successful retirement outcome in a way that isn’t overwhelming or confusing.

My life currently revolves around my toddler/mini-me, Graham. When I’m not chasing him around, you can find me listening to a podcast, watching animal documentaries, and spending quality time with the funniest and greatest person I know, my husband Josh.
