Rob Mastel joined intellicents in 2025 as a Financial Consultant serving the Fargo, ND area. With nearly 30 years in the financial services industry, he specializes in helping employers design retirement plans that fit their goals while also working directly with employees to achieve long-term financial success.
Throughout his career, Rob has guided employers through fiduciary regulations, reduced plan costs, built effective processes, evaluated providers, and aligned investment strategies with both organizational and employee objectives.
His approach is rooted in creating clarity and confidence, for both organizations building strong retirement plans and for individuals preparing for the future.
