intellicents’ Megan Holland Named a 2025 PLANADVISER Emerging Leader

Albert Lea, MN — September 10, 2025 — intellicents is proud to announce that Megan Holland, Financial Consultant, has been named a 2025 PLANADVISER Emerging Leader, a national recognition honoring standout retirement plan advisers under the age of 45 who are making a significant impact in the industry.
The PLANADVISER Emerging Leaders recognition is given to professionals who have worked in the retirement plan advisory industry for at least three years, but no more than 15—whether their focus is on advising, operations, client relations, data, participant education, or another aspect of the business.
Holland joined intellicents in 2022, making a bold mid-career shift into the financial services industry. In her role as Financial Consultant, she leads by example—fostering challenging but meaningful conversations, connecting clients and colleagues with the right solutions, and coaching teammates on mindset shifts. Her nontraditional background in business and data analytics, paired with her ability to build strong relationships, has brought a fresh perspective to intellicents’ work with businesses and individuals across the country.
“Choosing to change careers in my mid-thirties wasn’t the easy path, but it was the right one for me,” Holland says. “I’ve tried to lead with authenticity, build connections that matter, and bring a new perspective to the financial services industry. To be recognized as an Emerging Leader is an honor I share with my colleagues, mentors, and clients who continue to inspire me.”
Beyond her professional role, Holland is deeply committed to her community. She is a long-time member of Thrive, a women’s leadership and support group, and currently serves on the Ankeny Community Schools Foundation Board, working to raise funds that support teachers and student programs.
“Megan is an incredible example of what it means to live out the intellicents mission—that every American worker deserves a chance to achieve their financial dream,” says Matt Twedt, President of intellicents. “Her courage to make a career shift, her passion for building authentic relationships, and her leadership both inside and outside our firm are what make her so deserving of this honor.”
