OVERLAND PARK, KS -  intellicents, a leading provider of comprehensive employee benefits and wealth management solutions, is excited to announce the promotion of Mandie Scott to the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO).


As COO, Mandie will be responsible for leading major operational improvements, spearheading the development and execution of key business strategies, and driving organizational growth. Her expertise and deep understanding of the industry, paired with her exceptional interpersonal skills, make her well-equipped to enhance intellicents' position as a leading provider in the financial wellness space.


“With over 17 years of experience at intellicents, Mandie has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, dedication, and a strong commitment to the company's mission of overserving the underserved,” stated Matt Twedt,  President of intellicents. “She has served as an instrumental team member, consistently delivering results and exceeding expectations in her previous role as a Financial Consultant at intellicents.”


Mandie Scott has been with the firm since 2006 and is a key member of the intellicents Leadership team, where her main focus is to build and execute infrastructure and streamline service deliverables across all intellicents locations. Scott also heads up numerous internal groups, such as intellicents’ Operations team, Marketing Team, Service Committee, DEI Committee, and their monthly Women Empowering Other Women club. The National Association of Plan Advisors has named Mandie to its list of "Top Women Advisors" for multiple years, and she has also served on the NAPA Steering committee.


Scott expressed her gratitude with the promotion, saying, “I am honored and excited to take on this new role.  We have a great team at intellicents and I’m looking forward to continuing to harness our potential by driving operational efficiencies and advancing our culture of success.”
