intellicents investments solutions, inc. is again expanding its fee-based personal financial management services in northern Iowa and southern Minnesota with the addition of the father/son team of Joel and Matt Twedt.

“We have been talking to the Twedts for several years about playing a key role in building out our fee-based Personal Financial Management team at intellicents investment solutions, inc.,” said Brad Arends, CEO of intellicents. “We are delighted to have their experience and insight involved in our efforts to put together a robust national team of smart people supported by great technology. Their service approach perfectly complements our mission for helping the American worker make their dreams real.”

The Twedts were previously with Securian and have over $110 million in assets under management, focusing their practice on financial planning. “Joining intellicents investment solutions gives us the opportunity to be part of a team with the same core values and beliefs that we have practiced for over three decades, affording our clients continuity of quality, high touch service long into the future,” commented Joel Twedt.

“I am excited about building a contemporary personal financial management practice that includes key partners like Charles Schwab, Fidelity, eMoney, and SEI,” added Matt Twedt. “This should not only help us attract new clients, but also new advisors to join intellicents. Plus, I now have experienced 401(k) and group insurance teammates that I can refer my executive wealth management clients to.”

“Our business plan of seamlessly converging retirement, group insurance, and personal financial management is really starting to come together,” said Arends. “We are looking for more fee-based wealth management advisors in the Minneapolis/St.Paul area, Rochester and Mankato, Minnesota, Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and Cedar Rapids, Iowa.”
