intellicents father-son financial advisor duo receive “Top of the Table” recognition

intellicents President of Personal Financial Management, Matt Twedt, and Consultant, Joel Twedt, have achieved both “Top of the Table” and “Court of the Table” MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table) qualification for another year in a row. There are currently over 91,000 MDRT worldwide members, with only 3,500 of them qualifying for TOT status.

Million Dollar Round Table is represented by the top 5% of financial advisors in the world and is considered the Premier Association of Financial Professionals. Top of the Table status is the highest level of MDRT membership and places Joel and Matt among the top professionals in the global life insurance and financial services industry. It recognizes them for a commitment to the highest ethical and professional standards + exceptional knowledge and client service.

This is Joel’s 37th year qualifying for MDRT, while reaching the Court of the Table & Top of the Table status for the last 21 years. Joel has over 40 years of industry experience primarily focused on retirement, estate, and succession planning. Prior to joining forces with intellicents in 2018, Joel founded Twedt Financial Services, Inc. in 1980 which grew to have over $110 million in assets under management. “MDRT provides the opportunity to partner with best minds and practices in the industry,” commented Joel. “It’s been great to learn from others there and incorporate those ideas into my own practice, and now into intellicents.”

This is Matt’s 11th year qualifying and 2nd year awarded as a COT & TOT member. Matt is a key member of the intellicents Leadership team and serves as the President of Personal Financial Management where he oversees the entire personal wealth department. Prior to joining intellicents, Matt worked with his father, Joel, at Twedt Financial Services for over a decade. “Our mission at intellicents is to over-serve the Underserved,” emphasized Matt. “Being a member of MDRT allows me to spread this message to other advisors across the world while also gaining more skills to incorporate into our own practice. I want to help every person I work with make their own dreams REAL.”
