ALBERT LEA, MINN. — The National Association of Plan Advisors has named intellicents’ Molly Magnuson and Megan Holland to its 2025 NAPA Top Women of Excellence list, recognizing their dedication to clients and excellence in their fields.
This national recognition celebrates women who are making a meaningful impact across the retirement and financial services industry. Honorees are recognized in three categories:
Captains: Leaders focused on business growth and organizational leadership
MVPs: Client relationship managers dedicated to service and retention

Magnuson, named an MVP, joined intellicents in 2021 with a decade of experience in the defined contribution plan industry. She works with organizations sponsoring retirement plans to help manage fiduciary responsibilities while supporting plan participants in achieving financial confidence and long-term success. Magnuson’s career includes prior roles with Empower Retirement and CBIZ Retirement & Investment Solutions, where she specialized in consulting and participant education.
Holland, recognized as a Rising Star, joined intellicents in 2022 as a Financial Consultant focused on new business development and personal wealth clients across Central Iowa. With a background in commercial interiors and workplace design, Holland brings a people-first approach to helping organizations strengthen employee financial well-being. Her energy, curiosity, and commitment to empowering clients have made her a standout among intellicents’ next generation of advisors.
