Yes. When we provide retirement plan consulting services, we act as a fiduciary and are legally required to act in the best interests of our clients. Depending on the engagement and as agreed to in writing, we may serve as an ERISA Section 3(21) fiduciary or as a Section 3(38) investment manager.
