Michelle Sedlacek has joined intellicents investment solutions as its Chief Compliance Officer.

“Today we have 24 licensed advisors, four of which are Certified Financial Planners,” commented Brad Arends, CEO of intellicents. “We are actively recruiting experienced wealth management, financial planning, and 401(k) fiduciary investment advisors to join our team. Michelle will play a critically important role in effectively managing this growth.”

Sedlacek previously worked at Charles Schwab and UBS where she held supervisory positions. “Unlike most investment advisory firms that just want to work with the wealthiest 1% of Americans, intellicents’ passion is to also help the underserved 99% realize their financial dreams. That’s important to me, and I am excited to be able to apply my education, training, and experience to their team,” said Sedlacek. She holds a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Wisconsin- River Falls, and an MS in Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management.

“On January 1st of this year we had about $62 million in personal wealth management. Today we are over $250 million,” added Matt Twedt, President of Personal Financial Management at intellicents. “We also have added branch offices in Des Moines, Pella, and Lake Mills, Iowa, plus Tacoma, Washington this year. In addition, we have a target on Texas, Colorado, Michigan, Illinois, and Wisconsin for future branch offices. I am very happy to have Michelle on board.”

Grant Arends, intellicents President of Fiduciary Retirement Plan Services added, “We likewise have aspirations to grow our retirement plan assets under advisement from its current $3 billion to $10 billion. I anticipate a growing compliance department at intellicents.”
