our three core businesses

Fiduciary investment advisory services for retirement plans, group insurance, and wealth management are facing major disruption from regulations, fintech, and new competitors entering our space. The consequences are (1) a hit to margins due to an expectation of enhanced services but for lower fees, (2) industry consolidation, and (3) the convergence of our core businesses. How are you dealing with these disruptions?

 

Our belief is that the American worker gets the vast majority of their financial needs taken care of at their place of employment, including their income, insurance and retirement needs. These decisions are closely dependent on one another, demanding ONE resource for all employee benefits decisions.

 

Our business plan is to create a national financial services firm centered on the employee benefit relationship. We currently have eight areas with a high concentration of retirement plan clients and participants. This represents enormous cross-selling opportunities for wealth management and group insurance, and our objective is to establish branch offices delivering these services in these areas. 

 

We have also identified high population centers where we would like to establish retirement and group insurance branches. Once established, they would be followed by a wealth management capability.

Our mission is to provide centralized support for branch offices so that they can do what they do best – sell and service their clients. We take the day-to-day headaches of accounting, human resources, compliance, technology, and marketing off your plate. We provide sales and client management CRM so that you can maximize your efforts.

 

We have established strong relationships with Fidelity, Schwab, and Envestnet on the retirement and wealth management side; and Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Medica, Health Partners, MetLife, Guardian, UNUM, Principal, Delta Dental, Liazon and many others on the group insurance side.
