intellicents named “Best Places to Work” in Money Management again

New York, NY -  intellicents has been recognized as one of the 2023 “Best Places to Work in Money Management” by Pensions & Investments.  This is now the third time intellicens has made this prestigious ranking.

Presented by Pensions & Investments, the global news source of money management and institutional investing, the 12th annual survey and recognition program is dedicated to identifying and recognizing the best employers in the money management industry.

“intellicents has a tremendous culture and a youthful management core that is very rare in the financial industry…we have a lot of flexibility within our schedule to be able to come into the office or work remotely.  Our technology stack allows us to do that relatively seamlessly across ten offices,” expressed various employees when interviewed about the work environment.

On top of a distinct mission that employees pride themselves in, intellicents also provides some differenciating benefits and “cool things” that resulted in this recognition. During summer months, intellicents closes at noon on Fridays to provide employees an additional half-day to their weekend. They also offer remote work options so employees can have more flexibility around their everyday lives.  The company sponsors quarterly volunteer opportunities so all employees can have the chance to give back to the community.  This year, employees participated in a service committee project for Make-A-Wish that sent a little girl and her family in need to Disney World. Pensions & Investments partnered with Best Companies Group, a research firm specializing in identifying great places to work, to conduct a two-part survey process of employers and their employees.

The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. This part of the process was worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. This part of the process was worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies.
